Based in London, bound for Jerez

Sunflowers in a field

Sunflower fields in the Jerez countryside

Case study

Paco has been living between Madrid and London for 10 years, but when he became a father he realised that he wanted to spend more free time with his family. They decided to moved to Jerez and look for a place that would allow him to enjoy the advantages of a small city – being close to local markets, schools, parks, restaurants, theater – but that would also enable him to enjoy his great passion, biking through the countryside.

The family was looking for a bright, spacious, and comfortable home. They wanted to open their windows and feel part of a city steeped in history and a diverse culture.

After visiting a few properties I found them the ideal spot. In the morning they could hear the birds; in the afternoon, the church bells; and at night was silence.

"What's it like there?" ask his colleagues from London.
"It’s paradise." replies Paco.

They wanted to open their windows and feel part of a city steeped in history and a diverse culture.
