Marta Muñoz

Architect and personal inmobiliar shopper in Jerez

In Switzerland I led architectural projects, specialising in heritage conservation and restoration. Most recently I was with SBB, the Swiss national railway company, managing large-scale infrastructure developments.

Shifting scale a little I’m now focusing on helping expats to re-settle in my home town of Jerez. I know every nook and cranny of this beautiful, colourful and exciting town. Its neighbourhoods, its architecture, its vibe. And most importantly I know how the city was built, stone by stone, having inherited a deep interest in Jerez’s history through my parents.

I can explain Jerezano culture to you, help you find a place to live, manage renting or buying, deal with the bureaucracy that goes with it, then project manage your renovations from start to finish. I can also tell you where to see great flamenco, get a good arroz con pollo and the best amontillado sherry.

I’m here with my husband Alberto (also an architect) and my two young sons.

Unlike a real estate agent – who represents the owner – I’ll protect your interests, by assessing the real value, risks and renovation potential of a property, with technical precision. You’re safe in my hands. Sit back and enjoy the ride!
